I don’t know how Paomo Guan eluded JZM for so long, but tonight we’ll rectify that with what’s supposed to be terrific Mo (Muslim unleavened bread). It seems like a popular spot (there are reviews in Time Out, The Beijinger and even Fodor’s) so I suggest we try to get there early to get a table.
